Coalescent Entity Many people have explained it already, it's a quickscope. He scopes in but before the gun actually comes up he has already shot. Aiming is done with the centre of the screen, that's where the bullet will go even though the gun hasn't come up.

A. He's playing on PC, with mouse and keyboard. All you have to do is click on their heads. B. He's playing at like 150 fps, so while it looks smooth on KZbin at 60 fps, it's way smoother for him. C. If you slow the video down you can see the flick to his head when he kills him. For a normal player that flick would be mostly lucky. For someone that puts hundreds of hours into the game, it's skill at this point. Choco has flicked people like that literally thousands of times.
