Coalescent Entity Many people have explained it already, it's a quickscope. He scopes in but before the gun actually comes up he has already shot. Aiming is done with the centre of the screen, that's where the bullet will go even though the gun hasn't come up.

When shroud played the game a lot he was the same. Most of the people that have been playing since the beginning are used to the K98 mechanics and are better with it. The M24 was a crate gun only before.
