Where is the money for these payments coming from? Payments typically mean you have a regular income and a portion of that is set aside for payments. If someone loaned him a lump sum you wouldn’t pay people back in minor payments. So did he go out and get a job? Because I can’t imagine anyone sending him a watch to sell haha.
