Random lightning strikes would go wild if they were set up like MC. I've only been struck a couple times across years of playing the game, if it were that rare I could see it being a very PUBG thing.

I've been thinking that PUBG should have had two different modes years ago, an action mode and a survival mode. Probably too late for it now, though. But the action mode could have all the crazy "esports" loot, no bots, rankings, resize the circle based on the number of players, no red zones. And survival would have the OG loot where you had to scrounge for a decent gun, bots to fill games, full maps with longer games. It would satisfy the hardcore players/streamers that want tons of kills and the more casual players that are content with just a few kills and a chicken dinner to get their adrenaline pumping.
