there arent enough players in NA to have multiple queues for specific maps. when playerbase is already small you cant further divide it, games would never fill. in regions where there are tons of players like EU and Asia they have map selection

What mode are you playing and what region? On NA, FPP Squads seem to be mostly bots. TPP Squad is pretty sweaty. These Choco games have been FPP Duo, which have some good players. You might be better than you think, too.
