I was a Cho'Gath main from S1 to S7 - not strictly a one-trick, but my champion pool was half a dozen champions and well over 1/2 of my ranked games were on Cho'Gath. I do not recommend those items though; both of them are quite awful on Cho'Gath. Will he still be OP even if you buy them? That's a different debate. On point with Hail of Blades though. That's the rune that I prefer, as well. Nothing else is even half as useful. The 2 items I think are best on Cho'Gath: - Dead Man's Plate, to walk up and auto-attack rather than having to land Q to avoid being kited - Gargoyle Stoneplate, because nothing goes with bonus health like armor/MR to give it more value

@@toiletwater7418 I'm all for Hextech Rocketbelt on Cho'Gath, for some Flash R shenanigans. The cooldown on Galeforce is way too long. The 40s timer on Rocketbelt lines up pretty nicely with Cho's R cooldown. Smaller dash, but always available. Better stats too. As for invisible Cho'Gath... I suppose I just like being visible. There is something satisfying about having so much move speed that I can walk you down while you desperately burn all your dashes, then hitting you with Q after you've spent them. It feels more like the terror of Cho'Gath than going invisible and hoping my 5 screen wide hit-box doesn't catch any AoE.

I hate cho because I can't for my life dodge the knock up when I play vs a cho, particularly in aram. Something about his animation makes me miss it everytime like wtf

@@SwainixFPV I can give you advice there. The moment Cho'Gath pauses in his walking, that's a Q starting - if it isn't a Q it's him letting you go or roaring at you, both of which mean you get away. A good Cho'Gath player will almost always place the Q in your walking path away from them, so that you have to take an inefficient route to escape. You can pretty much know where Q is going to be, about 75-80% of the time, just from knowing that. Whether what I just said will save you or not... that's another matter. ;]
