the deep breath i took before hitting play.....this is gonna wreck me :D NOT 6 SECONDS IN AND YOU USE THE VOICEOVER OF HIM DENYING HE'S NEVER LIKED SOMEONE OVER THE SCENE WHEN HE SHOWED UP FOR HER AT THE CONCERT!!!!!! NAH FAM!!!!! god yasmin i'm already crying just the simplistic nature of this song but how deep and meaningful the lyrics are, THAT IS TAEKSUN DISTILLED! the references to school and him watching her leave juxtaposed with the many times he walked her even the short distances in their own neighborhood :') the glove lyric as i have said somehow wrecks me even more idk it's the fact that she chose his like she always chooses him. i wish i could slow this video down because somehow every scene you chose has me in a chokehold it's really like they are SO perfect to me just seeing them sit in his room brings me to tears and then you put that to a taylor song and it's like well i'll literally never recover from this! the iconic lasso scene at 0:37, his blindly bright smile and her infectious energy i'm!!! the way i'm only 0:49 seconds into this but i've been writing this comment for ten minutes so far MERELY BECAUSE i keep rewinding to appreciate all the detail you put into this and like those miniscule moments that in hindsight have such significance! YOU GET THEM! why is that scene of him at 0:56 scooting over to her making me want to scream i guess we'll never know. the solo scenes of them at 1:00 just GOING THRU IT as only two love lorn teenagers can be!!! i'll never get over this i already know. god the way you used the scene of them as adults looking at the picture of them as teenagers I WISH I COULD GRAB YOU BY THE HAND AND TRANSMIT THE JOY I AM FEELING WATCHING THIS! okay the "have my back every day" moment at 1:33 for some reason has crippled me because you show a shot of him physically having her back and then use the moment where she asked him to keep their relationship a secret and he did it even though he didnt want to BUT HE LOVES HER!!! the feminine urge to track taylor swift down and ask her if she's watched reply 1988 and confirm or deny if this song is about taeksun. FEELS LIKE HOME AFTER THE SARANGHAE SCENE YASMIN YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM MY LAWYER, MY THERAPIST AND THE FUNERAL HOME. god and then the montage of the kisses and the hand holding and the hugs and all the fluffy moments that make my soul ascend. ending on the slow mo beach scene and the bed scene, you knew exactly what to do to break me and i couldnt thank you enough. this is an instant all-time favorite. thank you and i hate you and i love you.

I cannot appreciate this on its fullest because I haven't watched the show yet but I assume the song cannot be more on point!!as the way I see it matches their relationship/scenes/vibe. THIS IS SO CUTE & DOMESTIC and heartwarming, love your editing as always!!!just want to add that he has one of the most gorgeous smiles I have ever seen 😍

Honestly your mind using this song for them!!! I'm still in awe. When the gloves at 0:23 came in, I realised just how well it fits them as well as their friends to lovers story tbh, it really is THEM. I'm so happy you vidded these two, your editing is just always impeccable and this is no exception to that. Like we talked about yesterday, there is a balance between hitting all the beats and making the video flow and this song has so many of those moments, and you did such a marvelous job at keeping that balance! All of their moments looking at each other and smiling from 0:35 to 0:48 to it's nice to have a friend I LOVE THEM SO MUCH!!!! Also the "church bells ring" and their older selves looking at a picture AAAAH dead on the floor tbh, and then their moments when they're together for real, it's just such a nice transition AND THE SOFTNESS!!! God I love it so much, ofc I knew it would be this incredible but seeing it just made me cry, will be coming back here whenever I miss them. Love it and love you 💖💖
