If you stay rather than going back you will see some changes. You will finally see the Tom the farmer who adopted Mc and kade during their childhood. He will also attend the wedding of kade and cherta along with your friends. If you don't romance tyril and mal they will become a couple. MC and friends will enjoy the peaceful life. Mal and tyril will reunited with their mothers. You still get choose to marry the person you love 😊

I know I've made a short about what happens if you don't go back. The only thing that didn't happen was Mal and Tyril because my MC chose to marry him.
