When I listen to the preaching of brothers like A.W.Tozer, Leonard Ravenhill and David Wilkerson, I am stirred by their fear of God, their love for God, their love for their brethren, their hatred of sin, their refusal to compromise the gospel, their humility. Among current preachers I'd also add Zac Poonen and David Ravenhill, Leonard's son. Tim Conway and Paul Washer also come to mind. The Holy Spirit stirs me, convicts me, teaches me through these men. Bless God for those who've already gone to be with the Lord and may those who are still with us fight the good fight, finish the race and keep the faith!! By the grace of God they cut through the clatter, noise and pretense of false gospels as only our Heavenly Father's lights in the world can.

Another excellent, compelling and powerful sermon. If Tozer were to visit Toronto today, he would not likely be surprised to find it strikingly similar to Sodom and Gomorrah.

@TheMimitwo6 жыл бұрын
Please read Romans chapter 8 to be reassured that once a person repents and believes in Christ alone for salvation, you cannot lose it! The Holy Spirit is born in your heart to fill you with God's strength to continue to fight sin, and to give you God's strength to repent daily and to seek forgiveness and cleansing when you do sin! 1 John 1:9 says "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." As you read the Bible Holy Spirit will teach you how to understand it and your faith will grow strong! A. W. Tozer is a great preacher, full of good teaching for you
