অপূর্ব কণ্ঠ ও গায়কী । ১৯৯৯, সালের ,সম্ভবত ডিসেম্বর মাসে কোচবিহার শহরের আশপাশে ও গৌরীপুরে ( আসাম) তাঁর সঙ্গে আমার কয়েকদিন কথা বলার ও গান শোনার সৌভাগ্য হয়েছিল। সেসব অমূল্য স্মৃতি ভোলার নয়।

He is perhaps the first to sing this song that later many others adopted. I heard it from him in 1970’s from him. Those days he was not very famous but I was immediately in love with the song. I remember seeing a foreign lady with him, perhaps she was his student.
