Actually, when you see performances like this one, you realize how actually close are the character and expression of Indian national dance to that of Russian national dances. These girls have a simple choreography which is very true in expression and sensitivity to what I have seen in Indian films - yet they do it quite naturally, as if doing a Russian dance with some extra ornaments and modifications :)
