The marble inside the bottle is used as a seal to preserve the fizz. and ginger is for cleansing I believe when you eat different rolls ginger helps you to refresh the taste so you can taste it better between different rolls so they dont taste the same kind of thing. funny reaction Dubs always got them jokes haha

If you don't like the raw stuff try a regular California roll with salmon on top, thin slice of lemon and PONZU. guarantee you will like it. Ponzu is a citrus flavor soy sauce. Try that combo it's very fresh tasting
