CHOMPS full movie (1979)

American International Pictures and Hanna-Barbera Productions (1979) PG-rated, family-friendly, farce full of sight gags similar to Wile E. Coyote and Road Runner.
CHOMPS is a shaggy dog story starring Wesley Eure as Brian, the inventor whose computerized mutt takes a bite out of local crime. Valerie Bertinelli co-stars as Brian's girlfriend - and the daughter of his boss (played by Conrad Bain).
We especially love the period-relevant (coat, grooming, and at the height of its USA popularity) Bouvier des Flandres cameo as “Monster” - Brian’s neighbor’s dog.
