Polish food is actually a staple in America. They sell kielbasa, sauerkraut, and perogies everywhere. So, I laughed when they said "If you have never had a dumpling out of Asia". lol lol I have never heard them called "dumplings" before tho. I guess they are now to think of it. lol :)

To answer your question on the pizza, it's most likely a stone oven. You can either place the pizza in the middle of the oven or around the ring. Inside the oven is a ring of fire. It cooks super fast but ofc the heat is absurd.

I’m from Scotland and I have to say Chonny your accent just made me laugh 😂 Haggis is sometimes the organs but also can be substituted with a pork and lamb mix, it also often contains oats! Scotch pies are typically a bit dry and are usually ate at football (soccer) games with a cup of Bovril to drink (bovril is a type of gravy style drink) Nothing beats a roll and square sausage and potato scone with a can of irn bru though 😍

Pierogi are very common dish in Poland. Pierogi can be stuffed with fruit, cabbage and mushrooms, cheese, meat or whatever you like. Try to make them at home, they are very easy to prepare.
