I've just chosen Garuda because I have no eloise copies (but one) and have all the ruda copies. Just need to get my 2 more honor guard copies ans will use a 9 star puppet along with feeding alexia to Walter to get 3 10 stars for my garuda

Not only would you not pick Mirage cuz of the fortress food that would be needed, but also cuz he won’t have imprints and therefore won’t have access to give Inosuke more stats
