I've been having a lot of fun with nicknames in the playthrough of FireRed I started the other day. My favorite is probably either BulbaHoTep the Bulbasaur (named after the movie Bubba Ho-tep) or Legs the Geodude, which I just thought was really funny. I also really like Chester the Eevee (named after the Dark Souls NPC Marvelous Chester intending to evolve it into an Umbreon) and Ruthebaga the Oddish.
