I like the pawmot line. Yeah he’s not the best, but if you give him the ability lightning rod he’s not bad. I also gave him nuzzle (for guaranteed paralysis), double shock (lose electric typing if I need to (and great damage), coaching (cuz he will die in two hits usually so it helps in double battles), and low kick (scales according to how heavy opponent is. Item is magnet to boost electric moves

I call cheaty shenanigans. By your own rules that you both agreed on, you could choose any ability that is shared by a Pokemon of that type. But Hoopa's smaller Confined form shouldn't be able to get Fur Coat. That form of Hoopa is Psychic/Ghost and the only two Pokemon to get Fur Coat are the Normal-type Furfrou and the Dark-type Alolan Persian. It's Hoopa's Unbound form that is Psychic/Dark and thus would be able to share Fur Coat.
