Screwing Frank out of Reshiram felt dirty :/ Like he didn't ask for the BSTs, he said gimme the highest BST, which isn't a question sure, but he specifically wanted to know which was the highest BST so he could pick it. He was required to know the slot of his pick, but you were able to just say you wanted Deino without him telling you which slot it was in (yet you knew it was on the left still somehow). Idk man, this is a confusing one lol.

Your stats were fine rich. 252 EVs in speed on electrode means 202 speed on lvl 50 with neutral nature. I assume your confusion came from building your pokemon at lvl100 but them being set to lvl50 in battle!
