Thanks! Yes, we'd probably do initial non contrast CT, followed by CTA of the chest/abdomen/pelvis (entire thoracoabdominal aorta through common femoral arteries). Folks will sometimes talk about MR to distinguish between slow flow in the false lumen of a dissection vs. no flow in an IMH as a troubleshooting option if CT is indeterminate for some reason, though it's been a while since we've done one of those.
