Well wemby had a injury and was questionable this game… still almost got a triple double… Aslo got into foul trouble early.

Exactly! I'll give credit to Brooks because he bothered him enough to where he couldn't dribble. But Wemby can shoot over anybody, he just didn't try. He left in the 2nd quarter and came back after halftime. You know his shoulder had to be bothering him.

The funny part about the NBA is there are so many young stars you just dont want to meet in the playoffs like Zion/Luka/Wemby soon/SGA/ANT that the NBA is getting more high level every year

wemby had a double double on 10 fg attempts. and damn near had a triple double with blocks. the spurs need a real pg that will look for him and help get him shots.

They got him the ball a bunch, he was just tired and settles for bad threes most of the game. He scores like 7 points in the first 4 minutes that's why his stats were higher than his other bad games

@@blablablaa14 getting someone the ball a bunch isn't what I was describing... You can pass the ball to a guy at half court over and over and at no point did you help him get a bucket.. if your best player is a big and he has to create for himself constantly you need a point guard. Simple

Wemby wants to self create. Don't act like he's Shaq and just waiting for people to get the ball to him. The Spurs have a PG who can only pass the ball cause that's his entire offensive bag. Wemby was not locked up by Dillon...actually watch the game...for some reason Pop was not running plays through womb the entire 2nd half until like halfway through the 4th quarter...that combined with wemby looking a bit unmotivated led to a bad game

Wemby, when tired, is a lot less physical and settles for threes a lot more. That happens to rookies. I am sure he will get stronger and better conditioned over time
