watch ingolf wunder’s video on TED talk. it talks about these things, it’s very interesting. he is a famous classical pianist which got 2nd place in 2010 chopin competition

@@muripu206 I would say it can often vary, but in no specific order, etude Op.25 no.5, Ballade no1, Ballade No3, Ballade no4 and Nocturne op62no1. Again, it often changes 😅 for example, I currently listen to berceuse in d flat major a lot

@@PianOG wow op62 no1 is not one i see very often in the top 5, along with this ballade. I'm learning the ballade rn and have learnt op62 no1 and they're incredible. My otp 5 in no order is Ballade no3, ballade no4, nocturne csharp minor, sonata 2, concerto 1

The end of this work especially is so joyous and optimistic, stunningly beautiful in fact - one of favorite Chopin codas along with that of the third scherzo. Not that the rest of the compositions aren’t great but I love a fantastic coda - scherzo no 2 also, now that I think of it.

@@TheChazz1225 i'm learning it atm have been for about a month and a bit. The first half isn't too bad at all but from there it is getting much harder. I'm finding getting the first half to sound musical tough as there are so many independent polyphonies occuring and its hard to pick when to pronounce the melodies more than at other times, and pedalling also takes some consideration. Great fun though haven't enjoyed learning a piece this much for a while

All of Chopin Ballades aren't easy at all, although the beginning of the 3rd Ballade is easy, the coda isn't and it's insane. 3rd is easier than 1st I would say but still, it's insanely hard
