Despite this being a little "slow" in comparison to the way other pianists play it, I really like this tempo, especially at the beginning. It makes it sound like an actual piece instead of a mess(in the nicest way possible).Regardless of that, being able to perform this at 12 is incredible! Not only am I shocked that I haven't heard of you earlier, but your playing really puts my progress to shame.

@@idya.7039 there’s no “right” tempo, this is slower than most pianists play it but it does sound great at this tempo

​No, when he said "right tempo" he was referring to the speed indicated on the score (half-note=88 bpm). Quite a few pianists play it at a faster tempo than the indicated, while others play it slower, and we also have pianists such as Pollini (rip) who played it at the right tempo (Tempo giusto), which is in fact the speed at which this étude sounds best. ​@@MiloMcCarthyMusic

Congrats 👏! It is such a difficult piece and you nailed it! Cleanly with musicality, without rushing it. The tempo you chose is also really good, not way too fast (cause many people play it fast enough but not cleanly with many wrong notes). I am very impressed with your interpretation!

OHHH EMBARRASING OOPS :0 The keys are quite easy to press down-- nothing compared to steinway & sons though help--, the tone of the piano is slightly "clogged" if you know what I mean, and the low notes are pretty resonant compared to most pianos. (i'm not even sure if what im saying makes sense, I hope it does 🤪)
