I haven't done it yet because there are already great marimba arrangements of this magnificent composer's works, and I try to focus on expanding the marimba repertoire with new or rarely played arrangements. I am a violinist but I try to play this music on a piano.As I try to play faster , it was always a disaster! I appreciate his technique and a fantastic musical interpretation.I never get tired of this video. Listening a couple times a day. Would you record some Bach? . I am sure 😮it will be a master performance.

From my point of view, I think that playing this piece in C# is, if not impossible, much less functional and fluid than in C. The sticking is more natural, and the final musical expression is directly linked to the practicality and comfort of the performance. Thank you very much for commenting! 😊
