Interesting melody even for the solo flute, some parts more baroque like, yet some parts a little Renaissance like as well. Another day I was playing C sharp minor in the Renaissance Flute, it is somewhat doable (in some instruments B sharp and C sharp will resonant greatly, G# the only problem, even more in the 1st octave). By the way, what kind of mouthpiece are you using, does it have any alteration near the tenon?

Yeah, I could see where it sounds more like those two styles of music. Maybe that's why I was so attracted to it in the first place. I am using the lefreque on my flute which helps with tone.

@@ViktoriousFlutes that's great. Do you also use a non-cork stopper? At least 2 historical Renaissance flutes I've studied the measurements, and a 18th century one, were clearly made to use a stopper not 100% solid (one of them has even a little hole after the place the cork is supposed to be installed!). The best results I am having here is using a cork with a small place removed, when I check the sound spectrum in audacity (and by year) the result is more harmonic for some problematic notes.

When you click on the link it takes you to the IMSLP website. You need to go to the "Sheet Music" section that has different arrangements depending on what musical instrument you can play. Then you click on the title that is a blue color and you need to agree to wait a few seconds to download it. Hope this helps!
