I don't know if this message ever reaches Mr Mirowski, but I sure hope it does because I need him to know how thankful I am for this. I grew up in a family of musicians (not all professional) and picked up the piano early on but tended to get bored by classical music. I pretty much avoided it altogether, focusing on other pieces. When I saw the Hope trailer for Witcher 2, the music touched me emotionally in a way that no art ever had. I immediately wanted to learn to play it on the piano, and since then I've had a rekindled love for all kinds of classical music, Chopin becoming my favorite of course. To this day, whenever I play the piece, I can always hear the cello voices (2:09) in my head. My grandpa died two weeks ago and I intended to play this piece at the funeral, though it ended up not happening because we couldn't get a piano there. In preparation I was going back to youtube to listen to the orchestral version and I couldn't believe my eyes that after all these years, there was the full version that I've always wished for. I've been listening to it a lot though it keeps making me cry. It's just beautiful. I can only say thank you. For the original piece back then, which has had such an impact on my life, and for making this full version happen.

I can't tell you how much I love this...I've been listening to it on repeat for hours! I've always wondered what some of Chopin's nocturnes would sound like with a full orchestra. When I was young and learning piano, I used to imagine what it might sound like. This exceeded all my expectations. Bravo!

I don't think it is 🧐 is nocturne in F minor, but an orchestral arrangement. The original isn't a concerto.
