Always awesome to watch your videos. If a person hasn't ever been in the canopy, I don't think that it can truly be appreciated as to all that has to happen for a safe and efficient drop. You and your team are professionals of the craft. I really enjoy the slow motion bits on the ground...they show how much energy and force that is in play as those massive chunks of timber fall to the earth. It's a glorious sight to see prayer taking place at the start of the work day and giving thanks at lunch. Stay safe and God bless...P.S. From the ground, as the tree tops are falling upsidedown, they look like GINORMOUS broccoli florets! 🤣 Regards from Pennsylvania, United States.

Also, that double wrap with the carabiner with the caribiner is a quick tie off. We use the double locking triple action big Dans for our biners usually with slings, but that double wrap is a good idea. Does it ever slip?

@@mikeginnymills9496 How asinine and pretentious to presume to know there is a supreme being running the universe and that you know its thoughts.
@Stuartrauts3 жыл бұрын
Would it be fair to say its equally pretentious to assume there isn't a supreme being?
@steved59073 жыл бұрын
@@Stuartrauts Uh, no, because a "supreme being" is a magical concept and there simply has NEVER been anything magical (ie, supernatural) proven to exist. Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. You don't even have basic evidence, and the burden of proof is on the person making the claim, not on the person that does not swallow it as fact. If I said fairies exist it would not be "equally pretentious" if you assume that they do not. Furthermore, I do not "assume" there is no god, I simply do not assume that there are any. And the god of the buybull is clearly a megalomaniac (storied to have drowned the whole planet in Noah's time, including innocent babies, endorsed genocides and slavery, etc), yet is supposed to be morally perfect, so I actually CAN logically infer ("presume") that that god is no more than the boogy man fiction of illiterate bronze age goat herders. But good question!
