I think King Von is the first rapper I have followed from their inception. From his appearance with Lil Durk on The Breakfast Club to 7 figure views on all his music videos. It's sad because I get the impression his life had been a struggle and he was finally able to be happy. Feeding his friends and family, experiencing new things, and enjoying the fruits of his labour. RIP.

As the amount of guys that have spoken on their relationship with von, I've always heard them speak on what von did for them. I can't recall anyone other than durk say what they done for him in rerurn. The memories chop shared was mutual. Respect reciprocated amongst them. Like von truly found someone who appreciated him for him and not for what he could do. Chop was an outlet for von. A positive one that challenged him even more to reveal his potential which is why i think von always looked forward to his presence. When he speaks out, i don't see him wanting clout over it. This was really an amazing interview and probably therapeutic too. I pray he's close with von children and family.
