Impressive review. I have been thinking about getting a HiFI Rose 130 and a separate DAC. Today I have a Cary Audio DMS-700 (streamer/DAC). How to do find the HiFi Rose application? Seems to be mixed reviews.

@@joeythedime1838 I think the app is ok once you get use to the layout as was the challenge for me. I went back and forth since I had a room account but I found playing music natively through the RS130 sounded better to my ears. Th Rose has grown on me and I use it exclusively so much so that I did not feel the need for Roon so I cancelled my membership. Definitely a mixed bag but not a deal breaker for me.

The Rose is wonderfull. It presents music so good that you enjoy much more music, different genres. Musical and lots of details you havent noticed before. 😊

The components for the most part are separated by my ac infinity cooling systems so They are not siting directly on each other. The salamander cabinet has equipment but are separated by actual shelves. think of the ac infinity units as makeshift shelves.Had no choice as I have limited real estate in the room but thanks for your onservation😊

M scaler is for the Hugo TT2

Yeah was designed to go with tt2 but have heard some owners liked it with the Dave so gave it a try and didn’t like it in my setup. Now Rob Watts has designed one specifically for the Dave and I believe the name will be Chordette MScaler expected to release this fall, so will be looking at that unit when it hits the market.
