I found that if you tap the chord track and select analyse key signature it will set it for the project which makes working with other midi parts easier.

Excellent observation. Yes - it works well. One note of caution on that - if you use analyze key signature on a track and it changes the key of the project, that will affect the key in which any additional Apple loops are applied, and any tracks which don't have chord information. For example, a MIDI track which has been manually recorded will not adjust, although in most cases you could just use the Transpose option on the track inspector to shift the notes, or you could do some fancy editing and shift them all together.

Really nicely done video! Your voice sound, rhythm and articulation are all solid. Also, I love what you covered, the chord track can be a little tricky. Thanks, I’m a new subscriber….keep up the great work

Does it have arrangements as well as markers ?
@edzielinski22 күн бұрын
It only has markers but you can use them for arranging. Here's a video by a fine KZbinr, Pete Johns, who covers markers and a whole lot more on his channel, in case this gives you a better answer: kzbin.info/www/bejne/b2LMZGmeerejgZYsi=R-EYGXdrnugPe_dS

Will third party loops work with chord track or is it just apple loops? Thanks
@edzielinski6 ай бұрын
Only Apple loops, and only those that have the chord information included. Not all do. For example all of the loops in the Garageband Sounds collection do not.

I like the attempt, but I mis the other way around, Play your own chords and then It will adapt, so the bass goes automatically. or other instruments riffing. and or blending.
