Watching V performing is a whole new adventure tbh, he doesn't just dance, he ACTS, the control over his facial expressions and little body movements is insane, he's known for being the "idol of idols" cz a lot of idols and newbies study him, his fancams are the most watched for a reason, and as for this song, singularity performances are never the same, cz he always adds something new in them, either a new feeling or a new atmosphere or new facial expression, he's absolutely mind-blowing and the main reason why he's my bias aside from his beautiful and soulful voice AND warm personality!!💜

So taehyung was added to the dance line in 2018 after singularity was released and it's deserved since he showed a great dancing abilities and skills since 2013 I wish she added better clips of him dancing also he's the only untrained one in the line up , also the 3J unit existed before he was added to the dance line and it exists till this day in case if you're wondering , love how moody V in his dancing is . Sometimes he's sharp/energetic/swaggy/changing the choreography/super focused/ so uninterested / passionate/ cool / s,xy ...etc

This piece was choreographed by Brian Puspos who was a member of SoReal Cru, who were declared runners up in Season 2 of the America's Best Dance Crew (ABDC) championship in 2008. Lindsey,welcome to the world of BTS! As a choreographer how have you missed them? I am much older and out of their target demo for sure but their talent is simply amazing.They have worked vv hard for a long time and lived (don't know if they still do) together in a compound containing dance studios, recording studios,etc.so they have a real cohesiveness in their dancing.Now some of them are doing solos as well.

It's always fun to see someone discover BTS. I found BTS three years ago through US late night TV. I was instantly hooked which does not happen to me very often. I love their style and have many, many favorite songs and videos. I have also discovered many other kpop groups/individuals I like through them. The big hook for me is BTS seem extremely genuine. They are attractive men and confident, (as you, Lindsey, noted in one video), master entertainers, but they juxtapose this with a shyness and humility. Some people say this is an act, but they are extremely consistent which seems beyond a stage persona/act. There are so many great videos especially with great choreo : Black Swan, ON Kinetic, Not Today, Mic Drop, Fire, Idol, etc. Lots of individual work Chicken Noodle Soup, Daydream, Serendipity, etc. Enjoy the rabbit hole.

Please I love your reactions!! I relate sooo bad because I used to dance so the choreography/dancing are the things I notice at first glance. Singularity was the second BTS MV I ever watched and you have no idea how satisfying it is for me to see someone noticing the same things I did when I watched it for the first time. I LOVE his footwork in this, I LOVE the masks, LOVE the blocks of color, LOVE the mannequins and them dancing with their hands in the suits. I was struck by the sheer quality of the entire production when I first watched Singularity, and it was what make me go "oh so BTS is GOOD good." I hope you have a good time delving deeper into them!

The first time I ever saw V doing this I was so suprised and wondered if he'd seen the stage produce where 4 male dancers were all dancing like this. It was something I saw in the West End (London). It was late November as it was on the run up to Christmas and it was either 1988 or 1989 I don't quite remember I'd have to check through my dairies. I was so pleased to see V doing this it's so stylish.

For several years, the main mastermind behind BTS' routines was Son Sungdeuk. He is on Instagram. He does do reactions with others on here too. Dancer and choreographer Nick Joseph was the mastermind behind the 3J “Butter” dance featuring J-Hope, Jimin, and Jungkook. He is on Instagram I think. Samoan choreographer Sienna Lalau has choreographed Superstars BTS' music video 'ON' and also dances in it. She was only 19 when she got hired to do this. She is from The Lab dance crew. They won World of Dance a few years ago. She has worked for JLo in the past too. She also choreographed Dionysus and I think JHope's Chicken noodle soup. - ARMY NY USA 💜

Jimin and Taemin are two of the three kpop idol dancers who have been given a lot of props for mad sex appeal, Kai of the kpop group Exo, being the third.
