I know this a late comment 🤣. But, their pre-debut documentary “the world is my oyster” should give it a check out. Goes over how hard they trained and they’re team dance director/choreographer Amy park pushed them before debut. To get matching energies and to be able to whatever song/dance they would show in the future she wanted them to convey how much energy they have in every dance. She has an assistant choreographer, but she is the main one that comes up with all of their choreo and goes with them to every award show/tour. Sakura who they built the team around never had trainee experience like most Korean idols do. The survival show produce didn’t really go through that as it was next stage and next. So this experience was a proper experience for both dance/singing that she wanted when she tried out for it. Chaewon who is the leader and also was in Izone with Sakura - 12 member group they came from-. She also had to redo her trainee when she joined hybe/ source music. Her first trainee experience was 11 monthes before she went on produce with her team mates. So Sakura and Chaewon were the first two to start and I believe they started training Aug. 2021 and they weren’t really close with one another in Izone because it was a 12 member group. They were split into different dorms and Sakura was learning Korean. But, since they were brought in and started training together it helped form that bond they would have got if the groups contract was more than 2 years. So now they’re super close. Kazuha who was in the Netherlands at the time at the national opera ballet school. Had to train on her own with a choreographer they sent to her to help her start learning hip hop and other dances to break her out of her rigid training. Because of you know the word we shouldn’t speak. I do recommend you watch the MMA 2022 award show performance and then the dance practice. That’s the one they are most proud of as it was a 10 min performance. They performed 2 songs and incredible dance breaks. The. Check out the MAMA 2022 dance practice because the performance officials camera work sucks. They learned both of those dances at the same time as the shows were back to back. Yes, thank you, please please go down the Le Sserafim rabbit hole. They've got choreos for all their songs, and a ton of dance practices. They also went on a legendary run doing stages for year-end award shows in 2022 (MMA, MAMA, GDA, etc.). There are dance practices for those too. Yes, they are all extraordinary performers, and the one you pointed out, Eunchae, is a dance prodigy. But allow me to introduce you to Kazuha; she is the who does the leg lift at 5:59. Zuha trained as a classical ballet dancer from the age of three until she was eighteen and left it all behind to become an idol. She trained at the Bolchoi, the Royal Ballet, and the Dutch National Ballet Academy. Having been trained in ballet was actually a hinderance to her when she started learning idol dancing, as both style require a very different skillset. But she learned quickly, less than a year, and is now an intrinsic part of what is arguably the best 4th generation girl group performers!

@@xiaouiris Then allow me to tell you about Sakura. Hybe built Le Sserafim around her. She has more than 10 years' experience as an idol as she started out being an idol in HKT48, graduated to AKB48, then participated in Produce48, the survival show that gave us IZ*One. As a Japanese idol competing in a Korean survival show she had to quickly learn to dance at the proficiency level of the Korean trainees (because, as we know, Japanese idols are more focused on having a likeable personnality rather than being high-level dancers and singers). She came in 2nd in the final voting results. When she started training with Le Sserafim she again had to level up and become an even better dancer. Sakura truly is one of the most fascinating idols there is.

@@xiaouiris Sakura, being the eldest in age and experience, acts as a mom for the other members. Their chemistry is absolutely otherworldly, as can be witnessed in their plentiful reality / variety content. Which then translates in one of the tightest performing units I've ever seen. Whoever built LS knew what they were doing. Also, à propos of nothing, they did a cover of Exo's Love Shot at KCon Japan 2022 which is to die for!
