Sie please explain me about this is there any problem in report Generalized poor window for evaluation due to fixed fetal position (breech with anterior spinej. Single live Intrauterine fetus of 27 weeks 4 days (as per dating scan done on 30- 03-2024) Prominent left lateral ventricle 8.9 mm; 10 upper limits normal. Sub optimal window for heart (however no gross structural anomalies to the visualized extent). BPD & HC measure more than other parameters. No fetal structural anomaly is detected at this stage to the visualized extent. Cord round the neck (single loop). Low risk for T21 as per scan. TIFFA is ideal at 18-23 weeks.

Hello Sir, I have done TIFFA today and found 17 mm Mega Cisterna Magna. Also in the report it is stated that "Both cerebellar hemispheres are visualised, midline echogenic vermis is not properly delineated. Cisterna magna appears dilated. AP diameter 17 mm." What to do??

In the report of Head part, these are the balance report for your info. 1. Cranial bones show normal calcification. 2. No ventricular dilatation noted. 3. Ventricular thickness at atria is 9mm. *Prominent* (normal less than 10 mm). 4. Falx cerebri is at mid line. 5. Transverse cerebellar diameter is 23 mm. (Normal for the amenorrhoea). 6. No intracerebral calcification noted.

Most important question is that whether vermin is developed or not. If it is fully developed then nothing to worry. Mega cisterna magna refers to a normal variant.In adults, It is an incidental finding on neuroimaging, and no imaging follow up is necessary.

Hi Pramod ji, Guidelines say in cases of low risk cases of chromosomal anomaly on NIPT or dual marker, no need to worry.

Mra 12week mein choromosomes ka test kiya tha blood k through.Js mein trisomia 21,13,18 sb low risk py tha.
