No, for real, this seems so simple but it is so true. When I was stuck in the trauma bond, I knew what I needed to do I knew I needed to get this person out of my house but I could not for the life of me find the strength to say “Get out!”. But my spirit was tired. I couldn’t take anymore. I didnt understand what I was dealing with at the time. I didn’t truly know about narcissism, love bombing, trauma bond…..I didn’t know what was happening. I literally thought I was in the Twilight Zone. In a fog. But I ended up doing everything I was supposed to do intuitively. Once I was done, I pulled back completely, emotionally, financially and then physically. I moved to my son’s room to avoid seeing it. I became cold and dismissive. I became everything it was without even trying. It was my natural response to the BS. I didn’t intend to “pay back”. I just got tired. This is the best advice❤

I'm happy you turned to GOD because there is NO greater power then God the father. I got involved with a woman who practiced witchcraft and it was shocking. After the break up I turned to GOD for help. She knew she couldn't manipulate me anymore and told me my power was greater then hers. I used to be extremely quiet as a child and these narcs took advantage of my weaknesses. Once I learned about the narcissistic cycle of new or old supply it was a done deal. When I lost everything I was completely heartbroken I had to reframe my mindset on dangerous narcissistic people who had higher intelligence or better looking money than what I had. Facebook was a game changer to some degree it really shows most of people embrassing online moments. It showed me a lot of walking dead people, fakes, and copy cats.

I’m dealing with a narcissist now. Healing(he shows up), pregnant now purposely done (I’m the blame), boundaries (test them), lies(caught up), victim, manipulation, entitlement, won’t let up. Hidden emotions. A smart dummy. Cheating. Wanna play in my face. He cheated caught something and tried to come back after. The devil is a lie. Left him calls me 34+times. Your description of the narcissist is so on point. Didn't become aware of how many were in my family to include my parents. I've been criticized for being "too quiet" and "timid." I am intelligent. When I was younger, I wasn't snobby about it, although people thought I was snobby because I was quiet. To All My chosen Israelite people, I'm married a narcissist and moved to the Dominican Republic to be with her, and as I have told her, she is one of the worst women I have ever been with in my life! My Narc was sent to me by the enemy, and I initially did not want to choose her, but her fakeness deceived me long enough to make me fall in love with her. After she used, abused, and cheated on me, she had the nerve to blame everything on me, just because I didn't want her back, and now she uses the baby that she purposely got pregnant with to try and control me, but I'm not allowing it to work.. I also know that narcissists are sent into your life by the enemy, because I had another narcissist approach me at work about 9 months after I separated from my narcissist wife, and this woman was prettier and younger, but from my one year studies about narcissists I was able to see that she too was a narcissist and I did not further the relationship! God help, save, and deliver us all, in Jesus yeshua's name

I used to be quiet. My mother was a narcissist. They have been after me my whole life. My husband was a narcissist. I didn't know anything about npd until I was in my late 30's. My mother made me feel like I wasn't good enough and I believed it. That set the precedence for almost every relationship since then. Now I'm loud and call their behavior out as soon as I'm positive they're narcissists. Talking a lot, which I now do, is a coping mechanism from emotional abuse. I can't shut up man. Truth.

Quiet person here. Learned to read at 3yrs old and almost 50 yrs later I am still an introvert that has a light that shines too bright to be in the world too long. I work from home and attend grad school online. I LOVE people like Jesus says, but my discernment from the Holy Spirit provides wisdom. Had two 11 year relationships with narcissists so now I am reveling in my solitude. Narcissists love me for my compassion but I learned to let God choose my path, my partner, and guide me towards my purpose. I am blessed to still be alive after those relationships!!! I tried to dim my light but God's favor was TOO strong. I am a chosen one for real. No mom...no dad...been emancipated from fostercare since I was 15 and dude I have been a benefactor of God's supernatural Favor that even I used to doubt because it was too amazing to conceive!!! Hi all. There's no short way of describing our experiences. The very fact that we are here commenting shows the power of narc personalities of our abuse! I went through it for 20 yrs not realizing it until I was totally and completely drained! You simply have to leave it! And you have every right to. I borrowed $30, 000 to leave! That's how bad it was. I left the person with the house and rental property with zero legal battles cause I could not go through court with this monster. Total separation! Unfortunately this person is a co-parent. But the message is sent and understood now. You have zero control of how you leave them and their sick view of you as a person so if that won't change, why stay? Your heart and soul belong to one person! YOU! I could write a book as well y'all could! My heart goes out to all victims and wish everyone of you freedom from this. Great job on this podcast bro!❤

This is the most succinct message I’ve heard about these evil people. You are spot on. I just left a relationship with a narcissist…..never in my life hav3vi experienced this. Constant chaos, confusion and talking about sex all the time. Mind you, I didn’t give in to the insanity, but I eventually realized how sick he is. You are right, he was jealous of my light. But get this, he is very wealthy, but I saw none of it!

Also, he always calls me on his work breaks...I use to think he must miss me...But now, I think it is to keep tabs on what Im doing, bc like you said, they are all about control. He is also an alcoholic which intensifies the craziness. So, if he does not do rehab and hardcore counseling to address his abusive behaviors, then I am done. And I doubt he will, bc narcs rarely get help, and when they do it is usually for only a short time just for show. I think I should just be single the rest of my life bc they are very drawn to me and me and my kids deserve better and need peace..
