Yet, when it comes to forgiving certain people, though I have said I will, the time has not yet come. Forgive me, Father, for my inability to forgive their ongoing actions-actions they show no remorse for and have not sought forgiveness for. It feels as though forgiving them now would be granting them unconditional permission to continue their harm, not only to me but also to my sons, my daughter-in-law, my three-year-old grandson, and many others.
