I struggle with this one, I've went from wanting to see my enemies punished, to forgiving them but being indifferent to them and it don't matter to me what happens to them whether good or bad, but I know part of me still smirks at their demise and I know as a Christian, I am not to be this way, I know I've come a long way since my "God forgives, I don't" days but there is still some work to be done within me. Sure, I await the day the Lord prepared a table for me before my enemies and blesses me but mostly all I truly want is for my enemies to leave me alone, go live their lives and I'll do the same but I still harbor hate and resentment and i catch myself having evil thoughts.

Don’t humiliate my enemies help them to heal so they don’t humiliate anyone else. They humiliated me because they were not whole and they lashed out at me because they were hurting. So humiliating them only deepens their wounds. Heal them and see them transformed into someone who understands the enemy and can help you transform the rest of your enemies. Growing your army while decreasing your enemies. Humiliating them will only increase those who sympathize with their cause weakening your position. It sounds like it’s feel good to get revenge but ultimately not solving the deeper issues of why you have enemies to begin with.

Years ago a neighbour said to me i dress badly, my maid dresses better than me. I moved on with my life and about 2 years later i was visiting a hospital all dressed up smartly. I never knew this woman worked at this hospital. As i walked down the passage she came past me wearing plastic apron, plastic hairnet and rubber gloves, she was working in the kitchen. God really made sure we bumped into each other and God made His point....she was humiliated and embarrassed. So leave God to balance the scales and do justice His way.😂
