This applies to work too, I’m a hard worker but have been thru several jobs this past year for no dam reason. I put my all into jobs …ITS THE PEOPLE, they always turn on me for no dam reason! I end up leaving jobs only to find another toxic one! So dam tired of this, trying to figure out how to make money without being surrounded by demons on the daily.

I deal with the same exact situations. The job i currently work I’m blessed that the majority of it I’m alone. Everyday though for the first 30mins I’m around coworkers. One thing I’ve noticed is a lot of these jobs don’t enforce these “policies” they have put in place. It’s literally high school. I believe a lot of these grown kids refuse to be an adult because high school was the height of their life so they milk the crap out of it. They get upset because just you being serious about your job makes them look like losers. Your actions (by default) put them in their lane. They want everyone to slack off like them so they don’t feel bad about it.

This is sooo accurate. Except the majority of people did like me at my last job. Some toxic haters launched a smear campaign against me, followed me during my breaks, and spread vicious rumors about me because I was nominated for employee of the month and received great feedback from the manager for my hard work. Jealous people turned against me, destroyed my respiration, and did everything they could to get me fired. It’s really tragic because I enjoyed my last job and many coworkers DID like me. But this old obece woman who worked there for YEARS tarnished my reputation and forced me out. The final straw is when she accused me or being a bigot behind my back. How is that not extreme defamation???? She ruined my reputation completely and lied about me to the boss. I quit and told the upper boss exactly why though. So maybe he will be looking for red flags and remember what I said
