Thank you for the video. This is a reminder to me of why I am so quiet. I have always been a quiet I had found myself leaving the TV on or music always, and i saw how it would affect my youngest child. I realize that background noise can be harmful to our minds, so I have gotten back to leaving things off, and it helps my mind so much, and i see my child now focusing better.
