I made polite chitchat in the mornings and was cool with EVERYone, but I really was busy with my work! Girl, i know this video is a year old but since i was 19 I've done nothing but "job hop" my 1st was in retail and ha i experienced the same thing.. but i dealt with the shit because i was too naive to speak up. I'm 27 now and the jobs i've had lately, i make sure the people i work with do not play mind games with me. I do this by verbally letting whoever know that I'm a master of detecting lies, and I'm here to do my job, make money and go home, if there are genuinely a few TRUSTWORTHY people there then it could potentially be the start of a healthy, flourishing relationship that could be developed over time

Girl you literally described the past 2 years I worked as a RA at the student dorms…my own manager was out to get me, and eventually everyone on the team picked on me to stay on her good side. It was like I was the doormat that kept the place up and running because no one did there job but me. And after I quit the whole place went to shit, and people starting quitting left and right, work got so bad that I would have anxiety attacks before weekly Sunday meetings. It was terrible, funny part is of the whole thing is that the manager that disliked me so much ending up leaving after I left…like wtf. Being a chosen one is really rough, like I was just trying to stick around for the free rent.

Huh, it doesn't matter what you do, they'll find something other than themselves to put blame on. I don't tolerate abuse and blame-shifting. When I stepped up and wasn't having it, they tried to make it a very awkward situation, the following day, with an out-of-the-blue meeting to make me fill uncomfortable. With no one giving me eye contact and saying hello to everyone but me. All of them against me and I stared them deep in their spineless eyes and let them know who is in control. A majority yet so intimidated, needing support from each other, it's hilariously stupid. Next couple of days they're acting like nothing happened but with more respect towards me and talking again. I have delt with this at every job I have worked at…. They will be nice at first than all of a sudden a few days to few weeks they just change out of nowhere…. You will catch them giving you little smirks or standing together and starring at you as if they are talking about you… which I’m sure they are but everybody always acts as if they know some inside secret and your not apart of it. But I always catch people staring at me than when I catch them they will quickly look away. I’ve had people act so weird as if they were infatuated with me. Get right up in my face… My own family would act so weird they would always be extra when I was around by making the conversation all about me… for example we all sitting around talking and they would just be like Your so pretty, your skin looks amazing, That shirt looks so good etc… and one would think ok, they are being nice but it would just be excessive and overboard like everybody in the room making me the center of attention and uncomfortable. Than the dirty looks start . The rudeness, smart comments being nasty towards me…. I use to try to fit in but not always most times I stay quiet because I don’t like to talk about certain things or be loud and rambunctious. It’s just a lot. I use to cry because I was so tired … just drained of feeling like I’m fighting the world. I hate this world and I’m just drained… I could keep going on about so much that has to do with this topic but at least I’m learning and understanding better .

Great video, I can definitely relate, I have been at my current company working in an office for 2 years, there are people competing with me, trying to put me down and make me look bad in front of others, trying to explain to me how to do my work when they know that i've been doing the job for the last 2 years! and don't need help. and there is also a clone who wants to dress like me and talk like me. I find it very disrespectful and just ridiculous. Lots of passive aggressive behaviour, exclusion on work related information, pretending they cant hear me when im talking. Both men and women are doing it at all ages from 20 year olds to people in their 60s!!!! It was only 1 or 2 people at first that had issues with me, but now its a whole group of them, some I used to talk to and considered them friendly people. why they are doing this I haven't got a clue, I just ignored it and pretended to not even notice but the more I Ignore the more they are playing games to try and get a reaction. Im always polite & friendly and never disrespectful to anyone for no reason so I find this behaviour coming from adults shocking! All I want is to do my work in peace, I would go as far as saying I feel im being gang stalked always someone watching me its horrible. I have decided to leave I will work somewhere else until I am able to work for myself / have my own business. I get this type of treatment from lots of people not just at work. This nonsense Is draining and will make you lose your confidence. These people have been taken over by evil demons.

I have been there, little did i know that the guy i was dealing with couldnt handle my energy and confidence, he was very narcassistic and insecure and everyone in that organisation knew it as people have complained about him and said nothing but i stood up to him, I didnt tolerate the behaviour. The people who do this try to assassinate your character stand your ground and just find another job to save your sanity. This is exactly what i did. He knew what he came up against he couldnt control me and i was not having it i'm that stubborn. what i learn't from the experience was to enforce boundaries and work strictly professional it got to the point the guy couldnt handle things and stopped trying my spirit was too strong for him. It got to the point where when i had a one to one with him he told me that i think i'm so smart yet i'm an assistant and when i heard that i laughed and guess what i then broke him down telling him exactly what he is and how people like him when karma starts to finds its way into their life there is no stopping, he got pissed because he knew that i had exposed him and knew him for what he is.

I went through this recently on placement at the hospital. This Senior radiographer kept pointing out all my flaws without giving me any constructive criticism. One day I was placed on the reception to learn the desk, my God she wouldn’t stay away from the desk. She kept harassing me. She went off on me infront of the guy radiographers and patients I walked off while she was barking. It was soo uncalled for, she was showing off, she was just looking for an excuse to embarrass me. Since day one she stands from a far watching me, no morning or how are you she has a toxic monitoring spirit. Anyways back to the day she shouted at me in front of everyone, I reported her to my manager which is also my lecturer. She was dealt with, however, she started a smear campaign to bring me down and ruin my reputation. I just used the hate from the staff as fuel to shine more 😄😄✨✨✨

Everything you said is correct I was a dishwasher at a restaurant and it was like all the bs started when I started my all was low vibrational as hell I can see the hate when they stare at me but my break through was getting fired I know that was coming thanks again for the video keep the good vibes going Memphis TN checking

Dude people take offense to me doing my job perfectly i cant tell you how many times ive been told ot doesnt need to be perfect yet then i do it 3x faster anyhow. So i took it as working on my perfectionism, but then i realized wth. Its just control. My spirit irritated these people. Thats it. And my talent is wasted in environments that lack appreciation which is all i have ever experienced, is treating people with a kind heart no matter my personal struggle before i enter the door. Sexual harassment, jealousy, and sabotage. Its so nice to hear others experience this too and i hope to transcend the sharing individual experience, INTO shares experience building a better world. I question my own self because the attacks have been so much, starting with my own mother, and father. On and on. Ima call these people out and then take the rest of the day off the next time someone tries me i am not taking it and i WILL be heard and may thunder shake beneath their feet and their egos crumble. Ill make the voice of the eels in the little mermaid at them LOL and sneer and embody their demeanor and attitude into an artistic dramatic expression of TRUTH showing mirror to these lowly souls. You dont like my light? How about my might? How ye gonna like that then!!!! Cuz this time i am prepared to confront and look in the eyes and preach to that soul and leave. U know its just too hard having people upon you against you all the time. Like God why. Why? Then im so exhausted and hate humanity. Then what good am i??? To be exhausted and only speak words, a visionary who feels stunted who feels deceived by God himself

Two months ago roughly, I had a incredibly bright day at work right, happy to see tasks complete with whatever's asked of me. My colleague grew overconfident and exposed her true colours. I didn't know I was awakened then, I saw she's a Narcissist, ever since then I've been hated on called names, followed gas-lighting, ghosted; you name it. Yesterday looking for tags as the cord of a phone charger sat over the containers. "Are you having trouble reading, here let me get that for you..." (the cord wasn't in the way) I just ignored her and continue to do so. Problem with this job, with disability I can't work in a any job which accept a resume because I'm a supported employee. I can't leave that job, the only other place is still in town but it's a confined space I can't protect my energy there.

My work experience has mostly been in retail as well, was really tough, the jealousy and back biting from colleagues was so visible..to all that customers with the same spirit would also disrespect me, I was cashier, supervisor was narcissist. In a total different environment now but still dealing with female covert narc boss Had no understanding of narcissism at retail job am aware now at this job and have skills to protect myself🙏 Looking a way out of here, must agree many will leave after i leave, I bring the light to this workplace. The turnover is already super high

Yup, my last job was at Playmobil (the store is GREAT) but my co-worker (who I will not name) was PURE EVIL and resonated SO MUCH JEALOUSY!!!!!!! Once I quit, guess what?! she quit in less than 5 days after me !!! Hahahahahahahahahaha!!! With me, one's work ethic must be AT THE TOP OF THE GAME.
