Men, women...have common shortcomings. The numbers might differ, but not due to nature of women and men, but due to socio-dynamics which tend to change every year, every decade. Hence there might be decades when women seem the guilty ones because they have more perceived social power, decades when men are guilty for the same reason. Things is, we don't know sh17 for sure.

I am 61. When I got out of college and started working, I would work as hard as I could. I thought people would love me for my high level of performance. Coworkers resented me. Bosses feared me as a threat and would bad mouth me behind my back as an insurance policy. This reaction made me depressed and confused. I couldn't work any harder. My college never prepared me for these types of people. It is like "super hero" activities was called for.

Life is indeed a stage. Most of the people follow a script. In a video you stated that people know what they are doing. Yes and No. Yes, they hurt you with intention, but that intention is scripted in them since early childhood by society, hence most of their behaviour is scripted (they have no personality). The best you can do is fake a smile and avoid them as much as you can. It's all related to language, we construct reality by language. In semantics and grammar lie our entire misery. Thoughts are dead things, dictated by language. You're born, you are imprinted with a script by society. And you live by it. Or by chance, or irony of nature, the imprinting fails and you become a rebel. Great artists, leaders, iconoclasts...are rebels. You have great content, keep it up.
