You can forgive but at the same time put up new boundaries. For instance you can forgive and EX for breaking your heart, but not get back together with them. Not forgiving and holding onto negative feelings is bad for you.

Hi All, i have watched this video twice it speaks truth to what I have experienced with my family. It is important to forgive because it releases Father/Mother God to strengthen you and deal with those who oppose you. The battle belongs to God and not you. I served in Iraq, and when I got back to the States, all hell broke with my family they planned my life telling me what I would and would not do. I told them no, and i would not follow their plan for my life. GOD told me exactly what to do, and i moved out and cut all contact with my family this was 16 years ago with no desire to talk to them. They had my email address, but i changed that, so all contact was closed. Until they started to use telepathy, so I shut that down. I forgive them and see this battle belongs to God problem and not me. Protect your energy. You need that to go into the higher dimensions of consciousness. Wow i feel better.

As Im listening to this video I was taken back to the many times I was physically punched or slapped in the face with a busted lip. The following day, the person (Father) who caused the blood and swelling insisted I get over it, "What's wrong with you, get over it already" what made it worse was his Mother stood by and watched and on the last time she moved out of the way so he could hit me again. I will never forget that day and many more days as I got older the abuse was more intense and revealed the only mother I looked to as a mother was enabling and allowing her son to physically, psychologically, emotionally and spiritually abused me. She is a covert (Wolves in sheep's clothing) and he was (He passed 1 yr ago to date "Satan's Son in the flesh") I don't hate them, I just want them to stay away from and I the same. I moved on, went through the hate, pain and realization of it all but on the otherside of this is freedom, the freedom to simply be, create and receive the blessings that were once blocked by those evil energies we once called "Family, friends and lovers"
