what do yall do when almost every eye in the room is on you....for me it makes me go into an anxious panic attack.....i'm tryna fight it the attacks and embrace being stared at though. But the looks are SO intense and soooo long...it's like whatever they was focused before I entered has been thrown out the window and it's all about me now. I'm like where am I supposed to look???? The only thing that breaks whatever fixated trance they get in when I come around is me either looking away....they will never do it. @@te9452 part of the solution begins with your self-esteem/confidence. I mean that the staring is only going to get more intense as you develop Spiritually. Any sign of anxiety/insecurity is like blood in the water to sharks. Your being studied because they can see your different, they want to know what makes you and you need to embrace it so you can use it. I mean if you mentally prep yourself before going around people (fake it til you make it at 1st) that they will stare less the more comfy you are being you. I am also very empathic, I'm feeling you might be as well? If my anxiety tries to kick in, I verbalize "Observe don't Absorb". I hope I made sense and this helps you in some way, good luck to you.

There is good and bad, nobody is half good and nobody is half bad, just thought about my uncle, he would always say that the food wasn't half bad.,, when your teacher tells you to tell the class to be quiet because the class is not listening to them,, and it wasn't out of fear, I was just a little,little kid that treated everybody with the utmost respect so it wasn't out of fear and that is what made that event special and I will never forget it. Then I got in2 trouble for giving the homeless money because that's the heart part that sometimes beats my mind, Grant this was only sixth grade and we were on our Washington trip for being a Patrol on the bus. That is where all that happened. If I'm on the boardwalk with five friends nobody walks beside me, they all walk slightly behind and there's no reason. I never even thought about it until I found my true self and look back, that was 21 years ago, where does time go.. When I look back I realized what I was and that was just a simple leader without trying or knowing. I think just being nice to everybody makes people want to be around you, and when people do what you do and try and mimikyu you have to humble yourself and realize you are teaching them and they are not copying, one kid so my bedroom and a month later I went over his house and he tried his hardest. I did think it was strange that his bedroom kind of turned into mine but I was okay with it. and believing Karma will change your life if you truly believe in it you will never hurt anybody that should not be, but keeps me in line. I don't want anything bad ever happened to me so why would I do anything bad to anybody else. If we could get the world on that page the elite would be done4allTime

I was in public toilet in town the other day ,a white little girl followed me until I got in the cubicle ,my thought was maybe the little girl is just being curious about black person .When I came out she followed me and touched my hand ,I felt the fire in our hands my heart was so happy ,her mum did not see and there were other two kids with them .All day I felt the warmth and peace ,wherever that girl is ,she took double portion from me ,her eyes were so bright ,she looked like five years old .
