You're wide awake at 3 a.m., staring at the ceiling with your mind racing with relentless "what-ifs" and "why-me's." It feels like you're trapped in an endless cycle of worry and despair, with each attempt to break free adding more weight to your burden. You feel alone, engulfed in deep pain and longing, as if you're drowning in your own thoughts with no rescue in sight. We do suffer a lot. Always been picked up on everything. Wars everywhere and facing many problems. Luck of money and no favor from people. I mean a lot of sorrows. Finding happiness from my own. Been unloved, crying inside me cause of oppression. Many times asking why I was born. An answered prayers . Suffering rejection. Almost passing every pain of the world.

Causes of pain 1. Isolation 2. Unresolved trauma 3. Expectations of ourselves and others 4. The gap between the reality and what we see for our future Psychological traps that make suffering worse 1..Victim mindset 2.Rumination 3.Resistance to change 4. Perfectionism 5. Isolation How to free yourself from these traps: 1. Change your narrative -reframe the narative and repeat it to yourself 2.Engage is habits to those that support the new narrative How to engage in Emotional Alchemy: 1. Emotional awareness- use meditation and journaling 2. Express and realise 3. Reframe your challenges to see the opportunity 4.Seek lessons- what does this teach me? 5.Forgive 6. Build resilience through routine that create a stable foundation: a) Quiet time first thing in the morning b) Reflective journaling c) Regular breaks (listening to music) d)Have a wind down routine e) Controlled stress ( like working out) 7. Engage with your higher purpose a)Introspection on what really matters to you- journal about it b) Set intentions that align with your higher goals c)Visualize yourself living in your higher purpose d)Embrace learning and growth e)Take actions towards your steps 8. Be part of a supportive community by participating in community activities

The last enemy that tried to use my words against me loss a quarter of a million dollars and 7 to 10 thousand dollars a year for the rest of his life!

Don’t live in fear - you must overcome it - forget about what our enemies are and just vibrate from love, not looking for them to love us but just being who we are, not living for the world or hiding from it, but overcoming it - in Jesus name I pray we overcome all life’s obstacles in his strength by GODS grace

Can’t suffer anymore if I’m dead. So over this life. I’m gonna end my suffering if it’s the last thing I do. Fucking over this suffering and this life. I’m sick of being alone. I’m sick of being a outcast. I’m sick of being broke. I’m sick of all the evil eye I get. I’m sick of all of it. There are absolutely no benefits from being chosen. Pick someone else cuz the suffering stops now
