God brought me from one of those countries, and it is indeed a different level of ugliness, I was shocked when I realized that people here were still good for no reason.... As a Sigma Empath and from my observations of your video and the information within it. I play a lot of violent video games but they have zero effect on my mood because they are fictional novels like some books are. We are always in control of our actions and when provoked by someone. It is a lot more difficult to hold back than to lash out. I don't let my emotions control me like I used to. I use the power of ignore when dealing with evil toxic people. The only time I would use violence is if they pose a danger to me or my family and I will do whatever is deemed necessary in self defense.
