Hi Friends, Welcome to our channel Travel Junkie, We are back with one more video and this time we will take you Famous Chowmahalla palace which was the official residence of the Nizams of Hyderabad while they ruled the state, we are right here at the parking area and here is the entrance gate, just look at the size of gate, isn't it huge and just the this gate is ticket counter and ticket charges are 60 rs for adults, 20 for Childrens and 300 for foreigners and if you want to capture photos are with your camera , you need to take a ticket of 60 rs for that and frome here starts the tour and before proceeding further, dont forget to subscribe to our channel, just hit the subscribe button make us happy, here is tha corridor which leads to the palace and this corridor has numerous rooms which were used as waiting hall for people coming to meet the king now few of these rooms are being used as shops and others are kept closed , friends Chow means four and thus Chowmahalla mean 4 palaces and initially this palace was spread across 45 Acres but now it is spread across 12 Acres, Hmm 12 Acres is also a huge place to cover, let see how much we will be able to cover, we are out of the corridor area and here we present to you the first palace which is called as Khilwat Mubarak, Hmm now lets go in and check out the inside portion,
its beautiful, Alfaaz nahi hai mere paas to explain the beauty of this place, the chandeliers the flooring and the architecture is simply awesome, nothing can match the beauty of this place, I have been to very few palaces and in my experience this has been the beautiful palace , and just look at the ceiling royal seat was called as Takht e nishan, lets go and check other rooms now, now the various rooms are housed with various artifacts and turned to a museum so here we see some designs of palaces and masjids and on the walls various pictures texts describing the history of Nizams, if you are interested in knowing about the nizams then you can spend quite some time here and lets check other rooms and here in this room also we have more pics which shows journey of Nizams
here we are at the first floor this is crockery room and we can see the crockery that was used during nizams, and you can see crockery which was brought form various countries and finally the view of the durbar from first , it still looks awesome
and here we are in the museum with all war weapons various kinds of swords used by nizams and different uniforms worn by nizam military
after military museum we are out and going to other sections, this place is so huge an we are already tired and as per this sign board we have lot more to cover
and now we are going inside Aftab mahal, this even this mahal has some artifacts related to Nizam or to say this Mahal showcases the ladies wear of that time
now next is afzal mahal, lets go and check it out well the lawn area is huge with nice marble sculpture and inside we can see the grand furniture of the Nizams, you are not allowed to go inside and can have look only from outside but just have a look how royal and beautiful it looks and here from the lawn area you get to see the beautiful view of garden and small pool of water
, we are sorry that we were not able to show you the other palaces but may be next time,
