This is the kind of radio I would like to see. I have a couple of questions. What is the maximum capacity of the SD memory card? Cellular data limits are a concern. How much 4G data bandwidth could we expect the Internet stations to use? Can unlisted Internet radio stations be manually added to the system or only the stations in the pre-programmed directory? The early Amazon US reviews are indicating issues. As this is early in the product cycle, should we expect a firmware update to address the concerns that have been sighted? A larger selection of English/USA stations, better radio sensitivity and the time zone issue seem to be the main concerns of your early adopters. Glad you liked it! to ensure a smooth experience, please use a memory card with a capacity of 32GB or less. The bandwidth issue is not easy to answer because it depends on many factors. Do you plan to address the "Birdies" (self generated emissions) that show up every 30KHz or so when using the internal whip. They don't show up when using an external antenna because the antenna is far away from the radio. I was watching a youtube video and unfortunately it shows up on many commercial stations and especially noticed when using SSB. I was very close to buying one of these radios when you added SSB but these emissions that show up held me back. The other complaint I noticed from a youtuber is the crackle in the audio you get when the WiFi is turned on and your trying to listen to a station. Turning the WiFi off and the crackling sound stops.

Hello,the radio only supports adding the URL of a single live station each time, rather than a collection of stations or a video URL. Therefore, before adding the URL, we need to click on it to see if it loads a live stream. If it loads a live stream, it can be added. If it loads a page or a video, then it's not a correct station URL.

Not cheap but lots of features that other radios simply don't have. I can't see the specs on frequencies, does it receive AM Airband? SSB for a future model would be fantastic. I'm surprised that no other manufacturer provides all these fearures as far as I know. :)

Pi is a code number for identify the station before the name on it's RDS, a mix of four numbers and letters like E238 or E2CA, and PTY is the genre of the station (pop music, news, contemporary music), this things are broadcasted by the network as well as RDS. I hope the EU version is coming soon - it would be lovely to have DAB+ and possibly some SSB shortwave, too. But even without these funkctions, it is impressive, though, especially the possibility to use own SIM card, external antennas, and podcasts and 5000mAh batteries slot. It would be great, I've always considered it to be tiring to have separate favourites list for every band. Some interesting stations can be found on shortwave, some on FM, some via the Internet and it would be great to have them all in one favourites list :) Your project seems to be very, very promising! PS. Have you considered using the TEF 6686 chip? It's the newest hit in radio-enthusiast world. This chip has great abilities especially on FM. Have a nice day!
