I definitely see Zack as Jeremiah and Cody as Conrad. Zack was always the more outgoing, cheerful and fun-loving one, which is so like Jeremiah since Jeremiah is like a golden retriever LOL. Jeremiah is always talking to people, going to parties, having fun. On the other hand, Cody is more quiet and reserved just like Conrad.

Jeremiah is Zack because they are both “partiers” like they were life of the party and more out going. Conrad is more cody because he is more soft spoken, not much of a outgoing guy/party person, and throughout the other books you learn that he’s really good at school and Jeremiah doesn’t care about school like zack

Those texts were red flag central. Those were not boundaries (what we place on ourselves for our own well being) those were rules (do this or I can't be with you). Those texts had manipulation and emotional abuse written all over it, literally. Good for her for exposing him and speaking out for girls everywhere to pay attention to how partners speak to you, would've only got worse from there if she stayed.

I’m gonna be honest I’m not an emotional or romantic guy atall but this series is probably the most “real feeling” thing I’ve ever watch I feel like I’ve been there back when I was younger I was the Conrad I liked this girl but didn’t know how to say it because she had moved on with someone else but I knew she still liked me 😂 it also made me wanna be an actor for season 3 but I know it would probably never happen but I would do it 👀

When I heard about it, I expected his messages to be abusive. However, when I’ve read them : there’s nothing abusive about them!! He didn’t say : you can’t, you shouldn’t. He said : you can do whatever you want but it’s not ok with me. It’s completely normal. He didn’t call her names, didn’t insult her, wasn’t rude. You can say he is insecure or jealous but it’s not the same as being abusive!!! The fact that she was saving these messages for so long isn’t a red flag?

I went to therapy for a codependent relationship and often I wanted to share what I learned or “use” it to make that partner better. It was from a good heart but it wasn’t my job to also help them. That’s when I had to end that relationship and take the therapy as dokey my change. If Jonah found out he wasn’t comfortable he should have been honest with her and reevaluated the relationship not just blasted therapy text. But again being a relationship where you want change and have an influx of therapy talk that you’ve personally received it can be hard not to use that. I don’t think his approach was good or that he did it in a healthy way

Imo I see Jeremiah as Stefan from TVD and Conrad as Damon. Jeremiah maybe outgoing and fun loving but he's also deep and philosophical about his feelings for Belly and his mom. Alot like Stefan. Conrad is quiet and standoffish but also has issues with his Dad and deep meaningful friendship with Cleveland like Damon does with Alaric. I never watched Zac and Cody so I can judge them by who they remind me of from TVD. I'm Team Jeremiah aka Team Jelly

In terms of sharing texts publicly, I would only do so if REALLY necessary and if you believe the other person is a threat to whoever/whomever. Ex: My ex said "If I was nice to a guy then I deserve to be raped", so I shared that on a My Chemical Romance thread when they came to Australia this year since a song was dedicated to said ex. Not only did he actually rape me himself but joked about it too. I felt that when he was on his high-horse "legend" tour of the fandom on fkin Twitter, I needed to share what type of person MCR was dedicating a song to. I get that the people interviewing the actors got a preview but they really shouldn’t do this. Even Chris has said in other interviews that the satisfaction of how this season ends will depend on who the viewer roots for, which is a way bigger spoiler than anything they said here.
