Then almost immediately after "73-9" lost, KD received a phone call from "73-9" and we all know what happen after that phone call. With KD back to back Finals championships for the Warriors and back to back Finals MVP for KD and 2019 Finals without KD they lose. No matter what word is used a STRONG word or a weak word, KD's affect on the Warriors team shouldn't be downplayed simply because they had the best REGULAR season record in NBA history before he joined them.
