When someone is accused, arrested, or convicted of domestic violence it is always important to address the reasons behind that. Any therapist who has worked with victims or the accused will tell you its a long process of recovery and redemption. I don't know Chris but, hope he has gotten some level of help. If he has not worked through those demons it will happen again. But, I'm just saying if Rihanna the victim accepted his apology why are we still angry. People are entitled to there feelings. But, I dont think his invite should have been taken back. If there is a problem why send out an invite in the 1st place. So, the responsibility ultimately goes to the people who put the event together and were they actually stand as far as Chris.

Domestic violence isn't about the abuse its about the control the abuser wants to excert over the victim. So it's apparent that Chris has some boundary issues and deep seated anger towards women allegedly. So hopefully he gets help and yes abuser can be helped but it's a long drawn out process in which the abuser must take full responsibility for the actions and then dive into the why was violence necessary.

I think we also need to acknowledge that there has been a pattern of behavior over the years that have included public threats with various other celebrities. That might contribute to brands not wanting him to participate or other stars not wanting to play against him.
