How do these restraining order things work? Does one need to submit evidence or someone can just roll out any stories they want? Does Karreuche need to show the judge call logs showing that Chris pestering her with calls? Does she need to show harassing/threatening text messages/emails etc? Does she need witness statements or footage that he's showing up uninvited? Because if that level of proof is required, then surely it won't be hard to prove whether she's telling the truth or not. One thing I do know is this is just another thing that will mess up Chris Brown's paper. He'll be lucky if this isn't used as an excuse to take his daughter away from him too.
