I mean Chris only considers a fraction of the troll gal-pals to have actually been trolls. I don't think he ever really questions the fact that so many people he's known on the Internet have died or been from fictional locations or whatever. Sums up pretty well how little he actually knows or considers things. He likely still thinks almost all of them were real people who were genuinly interested in him and not fictional or trolls.

He has a weird sense of apathy over other people's fates. He didn't care that Sarah got raped either, he just kind of brushed over it and continued talking about himself. Then found a new "girlfriend" literally the next day.

Empathy is often something autists struggle with. Sometimes they have trouble feeling it at all for one reason oranother and other times they just have trouble expressing it in a manner other people would find appropriate. I don't know which Chris might be. But the only person we've ever seen him express actual sorrow over the death of was his dog. There's also theory that Chris has face blindness - somewhat common among autists - and maybe even voice blindness along with it. It's why he can be tricked with photos of girls who look totally different, from hair to skin color, and be convinced it's the same girl or hear totally different voices and think it's the same person. Probably also why he thought Kacey wouldn't notice that he was a totally different person - if he can't tell, no one can tell. People with face blindness often have trouble empathizing with other humans because they don't look like people to them. They can generally express it over people they are close with, but while Chris considered himself close with these 'gal-pals' I think we all know it was so shallow it couldn't even be called a puddle. (And... this would even explain why the dog was the only thing he ever expressed sorrow over.)

For instance, wanting to find a girl to help him lose his virginity. I knew a guy just like chris. He was very biased and egotistical. He used to act all nice and stuff around people so they validate him and call him a nice guy to stroke his ego. I used to ask him to buy things for me at the shop at school as a favor when i was busy or whatevs. I'd give him MY money and say "hey can you buy something for me?" and he'd say the line is too long or something and i should do it myself. But he'd buy girls about 10 snacks with his own money because they're sweet friends. And among other things. He had alot of chris's tendencies besides the manchild-ness. Never used to listen to criticism and stuff. All he does now when i try to communicate with him through texts he'd just shove his raps and poems in my face and never asks how i'm doing or anything...

IMO the main reason Geno doesn't receive millions of views per episode is because people don't know how intense and rich the story of Chris Chan is and if you watch the first episode, you probably aren't aware that you really should keep watching.

That is the thing that haunts me most. Chris is a pretty disgusting person, but his life would be unbearably miserable. At 27 I'd just become a father for the second time and bought a house. To think I would sometimes worry I'd not be doing all I could, but I try to think of living a life like his for a year and the thought alone makes me consider evacuating my skull.
