You have to understand is that this is 9 days before contest, he is at his lightest and weakest, but still managed to do 405 lb inclines for 10 reps......he is f*kin strong......from what I remember days before a competition Gunther Sklierkamp was only able to do 225 lbs for 11 reps

He was perfect with no weakness , same time no highlighted wow factor hence he never won any big show like Arnold/ Olympia.. he is like upper version of Shawn ray will never win Olympia.. to win Olympia u have to be huge , watery little with big bubble gut that's criteria..

Flat bench press is soo overrated for Bodybuilding!!! The decline works so much better and gives you that bottom line & more fullness to the lower outer areas in which Chris lacked. I remember Dillet use to utilize declines in his routines & his chest was massive all around! Those veins kinda thrown things off a little
